Returns & Refunds

Return and Exchange Notes:

  • Items returned for a refund or exchange must be in sellable condition, meaning they should remain in new condition without scuffs, scratches, stains, or odors. All original packaging, parts, accessories, instructions, and tags must be included. Returns that do not meet these requirements may receive only a partial refund or, in extreme cases, be returned to the sender.
  • The standard return period is 30 days from the date you receive your order. 
  • Items that are damaged, missing parts, or show clear signs of use (not caused by an error on our part) may qualify for a refund of up to 50% of the item's price
  • Open box items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
  • If your order was damaged in shipping please file a claim within 3 days
  • Refunds will be issued back to the payment method used to place the order.
  • Original shipping charges will not be refunded (unless approved by agent due to special circumstances)

How to Return Products

Exchange Options

  • Express Exchange: Place a new order online or email our customer service team at info@heatedsoles.com for immediate processing. Once you’ve placed your new order, return the unwanted items for a refund by following the instructions above.

  • Standard Exchange: Return your unwanted items, and we’ll process your exchange once the items are received. This process typically takes 5–7 business days, though during the holiday season, it may take 7–14 days.
